I’ve already posted my favorite beach (my paradise). So here’s my second favorite beach in the world! This is the most beautiful and serene beach I’ve been to yet. Cove Beach, Paradise Island, Bahamas.

I pack WAYYY too much stuff every time I go anywhere. How do I pack lighter? I want to see the world, but not drag suitcases everywhere. I can never decide what to leave behind. help? Please?

GREAT question, love! :) Honestly, the biggest mistake women make while packing is overthinking “options” - huge mistake while traveling, ladies.

Traveling isn’t about looking glamourous or having options (aka it’s not about bringing your whole closet with you), it’s about seeing and experiencing the world. Therefore, the best piece of advice I can give all you ladies - do not give yourself tons of options. Bring ONLY what you need and what is comfortable. Pack items that are all similar and match each other, so you can mix and match. Bring what you normally wear and what you’re truly comfortable in. Leave behind bulky and unnecessary pieces. Always remember, there will always be laundromats abroad and washing machines in hostels (usually). Pack minimal make up and hair stuff, again only what you really need. The most important items you pack should be your passport, medicines, camera, and comfortable shoes :)

Just remember, you can look cute without bringing your whole wardrobe! If you’re packing for a summer trip for a week or two, everything should fit into a backpack or tiny suitcase. If you’re packing for a winter trip for a week or two, then everything should fit into one medium suitcase. And if you want to travel SUPER light like myself and other backpackers - invest in an awesome backpack, and whatever fits in it, bring.. and that’s it :)
